Spider-Man No Wy Home ended with Venom coming into the marvel universe. Something that is one of the many things fans talked about after the movie. But now we have one of the co writers Chris McKenna giving his take the scene. The thing is they had more comical scenes planned I guess you can say.
“So, Eddie Brock makes it to the MCU but he never makes it out of a bar. But there were versions where he shows up earlier. We were going to try to have him show up at the Statue of Liberty [for the final fight], and we were even toying with having him stuck in the Lincoln Tunnel.” Mcenna told this to empire magazine. From this we can see the whole point was to have Eddie appear in one of the most oddest scenes possible. Now as to how this will play into the future of the SPider-man movies we will have to see. As he puts it that is above his pay grade.
