It is known that Black Clover is going on hiatus. This was announced a while back. The thing is now we know how long it will be for as Shonen says it will be out for 3 months. This is so the creator Yuki Tabata can prepare for the final arc. So, this time without Black Clover show hopefully lend itself to good story telling. Hopefully the fan base can find something to hold themselves over in the mean time.
