Dragon ball Super Super Hero introduces us to Gohan Beast. Gohan strongest form to date has him taping into an unknown power. As Akira puts it is as though he tapes into an unawaken beast hence the name. That said we must ask where does the power of this form come from?
To many you might ask leave it to the series but keep in mind we aren’t talking about Goku or Vegeta here. We are talking about Gohan. This is important as Gohan has had his potential unleashed on Namek and his true saiyan power released when he achieved Super Saiyan 2. With him training so little it makes you wonder where this power comes from when talking about someone who can only be described as the guy who lives the quite life.
I have 2 ideas with the first being him in sheer rage managing to mix the super saiyan power he had with mystic saiyan or ultimate form he got from the grand kai into together a power that was said to be possible but would destroy the planet. The idea has been sitting there for a while and with him awakening this power once more all be it stronger through training proving the powers inside Gohan were mixing. The thing is this is unlikely as they never brough the idea again and given how Gohan just got this through anger it makes me think of one more idea.
With the recent Granolah arc we see Akira and the other creator hinting at there being more to Saiyan power than we thought with proof being seen with god of destruction power being tied to the saiayns in some as well as Bardock recent power he used to defeat Gas. That in mind it could be possible that Gohan is being used to show us another form of that power. Another form of the beast. It is a theory but given the course the series is one I think it might on the money. But what do you think? Let me know.
