King of Fighters XV latest DLC team awakened Orochi is out and so to is the ending. The ending is similar to team secret treasure where we see the heavnely kings gather before the same stone only to be at night with something interesting. The ending has them with a crystal from Ragga that they say is powerful enough for them to use to summon Orochi without going through what they for Orochi saga. This could be how SNK bring Orochi to XV but I feel as though. It is an ending that didn’t happen since we see the bonus part of them getting rid of humanity.
For anyone who is confused about that let me explain. The Hakushu goal isn’t to rid of all humanity but to rebalance the earth with nature. What that means is most of us will be gone if they had their way. That said given how Orochi is tied there god you would think that they have some idea of Ragga or that the Orochi would tell them. But it seems that is not a thing SNK wants to happen. I know it is odd but We have humans knowing of Ragga as Dolores shows so why not the heavenly kings know more about her. It is an odd plot whole.
But lets be honest as there is one big thing about this ending. We see Goenitz. Yes, the 4 heavenly kings are together in cannon which has not yet happened since we were introduced to Goenitz first with him being kille doff then the other 3 in the next game. He was in the team story so it is no surprise to see him here. Though what he says should get fans hyped. Goenitz says he had his own fun while Team Awakened Orochi went to work. To me that means he will be a solo entry and almost confirms he will be in Boss rush at some point in season 2. We will see. If you haven’t seen the ending yet check it out below.
