Dragon Ball Super introduced to a few new forms in the last arc before super hero. One of them was Black Frieza. Frieza newest form after doing some training outside of space and time. The official colors come from the manga getting colored pages online from Shonen. DBSHype pasted the images from the chapter where the form debuted which you can see below.
