Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse Originally had a Wario Style Name for Evil Miles

Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse news. It seems evil Miles was about to get another name. Original Miles G was named Wiles. If it sounds similar it should. It is a play names in the same way Mario and Wario is. Thie news was posted on twitter by the director Kemp Powers himself.

“A 2020 movement test of Miles G. (boards by the amazing @wyntonred and @SpencerWan and anim by @NickTyson) explores how he would’ve been trained by his Uncle Aaron (the original Prowler) before the events of the film,” Powers wrote on Twitter. “We called the character “Wiles” back then.” KempPowers

A choice they seem to not stick with it seems.
