King of Fighters Destiny has a new version of Whip. The weapon based member of the Ikari warriors is dressed for the season with an all white outfit and presents for all. That is if you if you can take the pain and ice elemental power she is packing. This version of Whip has ice element with present effects combined with a portal which is odd as with her Whip she can normally reach you no matter what.
