The group now knowing he is Chainsaw Man are trying to help get back to the Denji we are used. But after losing, his home, the dogs and Nayuta the man seems pretty lost. Femi thought getting something to eat would help Kitana devil said strip club. Denij agrees Shocking to Asa.
Only it is gone. And with it so to is any mental wall Denji had. When it comes Denji he has been balance his pervy reason versus the ones that makes him a good guy. If you saw the anime you know what I am talking. He help Power to touch her breast but then went the extra mile even when she betrayed him. He tried not to kill a devil which he said was because he would rather make friends but he was doing it for dirty magazines. Often Denji way of justifying his actions usual have both sides and are played so that yes this is part of the guy but there is a bit more to him. He is a perve but he is a guy we can rely on for a fight or to be a friend. You nuts but you are all I got.
Usually they are a balance act that gives the series its comedy as you are in disbelief in what they go is doing or did. But here it just shows one thing we have been seeing since Denji lost Nayuta. The man is at breaking point as he looks around is asking why I am doing this. Remember Asa called him out for this and now he is seeing the brothel gone and is now wondering it himself. He is supposed to looking for Nayuta. That is the point and yet he is coming here. The man needs question his priorities.
The chapter calls out Denji way of thinking. Not only in pointing out how wrong it is as it is part of his character as something we come back to but also that itis the comedy that is part of what make the series unique in how Fujimoto ties it all together. The drama break in outrageous that we cannot simple get enough off. I like the chapter if anything just because of how it ended. I mean I do wonder how Denji will react to Yoru response. Cool.
