Okay so to start this off this wont be that long as the episode is straight to the point but we start off with a fight. Randou not only reveals that it is him who is behind the old boss rumor but how he is doing it. Randou is able to manipulate space which is how he was able to bound Cbuuya back at the port mafai strong hold. His ability seems to not only affect Chuuya but also allows him to manipulate all things in his space such as a corpse. The corpse reanimation is for Dazai as if he touches Randou or the space he can nullify it. So giving the resurrected boss a scythe to handle Dazai makes sense.

Now for Chuuya and Randou this fight is not in Chuuya favor as again Randou space ability is to much for him. So this leaves on choice of action and that is to get Dazai in contact with the barrier. Something that is not easy to do as Randou keeps moving the wall. Now during this match we learn that Dazia was hiding a gauntlet in his cast. This was probably as insurance as the person who was using the boss had to know that Mori killed him. With this out Mori would ask Dazai to look into it as he is the only one he can trust. Thus Dazai would need something encase there is a fight and his ability would be useless. But this only helps but so much as again they have to get to Randou.

So how do they nullify Randou ability. By standing firm or basically Chuuya should. Remember he can use gravity to move objects as well as increase density. This helps him stands against being pushed back thus allowing Dazia too touch the wall nullifying Randou ability. Once he is defeated Randou talks about how Chuuya is an experiment on giving people gifts and he was supposed to bring him back to his government but was ambushed. In order to get out Randou set Chuuya lose thus we get the Arahabaki. Randou says he was sent with his partner but we never learn who he is only that he is dead. These are Randou dying words.

Now that the deal is done you would think the episode is over but it isn’t. We still have to find out how Chuuya became part of the port mafia which is also covered in this episode. You see the sheep think Chuuya betrayed them thanks to Dazia stunt in the arcade. What leads to is them joining with the other group to take him out. Something Dazai was expecting and so he is there with members of Port mafia to take on the problem leaving the kids untouched. This turns Chuuya towards the mafia and it also high lights something.

You see I think Mori knew or at least suspected it was Radnou. The way he spoke in the first episode of the season hinted that he knew more than what he was telling Chuuya and Dazai. Plus we also learned that Mori wanted the two to be together to in the mafia to make them better with one pushing the other. Something which as we learned has them become 2 executive member of the group. At least until Dazai leaves which brings an end to the episode.
