King of Fighters XV has a new mod that might make some of you Bao fans happen. The mod by visual turns Meitenkun into Bao. Or at the very least gives him his look. Bao was introduced during the Nest saga as new member of psycho soldier when Kensou lost his power. It would be later revealed the 2 share a power. He plays style is best described as psychic Blanka.
